“Tiki Mercury Clarke is a Canadian jazz artist known for her multi-talented approach to music. As a singer-pianist, storyteller, lyricist, composer, and cultural historian, Clarke draws inspiration from a deep understanding of Caribbean and African roots. Her performances aim to celebrate this heritage and advocate for the liberation of marginalized communities.

Clarke’s performance of the Black National Anthem for the Ooni of Ife in 2017 is a notable highlight. She aimed to connect people of African descent with their ancestral lines and instill pride in their cultural history. In September 2020, Clarke also performed at the Beat the Covid-19 Blues concert, sponsored by the Canadian Caribbean Association of Halton, to spread hope and positivity during a challenging time.
