Londa Larmond

Londa Larmond is a celebrated Canadian gospel artist, songwriter, and worship leader, renowned for her powerful voice and contributions to urban contemporary gospel music. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Larmond’s journey in music began at a young age, singing alongside her family in church. By her teenage years, she was already an active participant in Toronto’s vibrant gospel scene, including membership in Toronto’s Youth Outreach Mass Choir.
Larmond released her debut album, Love Letters, in 2001 under EMI Gospel, which garnered critical acclaim and multiple award nominations, including Juno and GMA Dove Awards. Her single “Wonderful” earned the Covenant Award for Traditional Gospel Song of the Year in 2006. In 2011, she released her second album, Great Things, recorded live to showcase her dynamic vocal range and heartfelt performances. Over the years, Larmond has collaborated with numerous gospel artists and performed at major events across Canada and internationally, including collaboration with Toronto Mass Choir.
Throughout her career, Larmond has received several prestigious recognitions. She is a Covenant Award winner for Traditional Gospel Song of the Year and has been nominated multiple times for Juno Awards. Additionally, she has been recognized as a triple-crown winner at the Canada Glass Awards. These accolades highlight her impact and dedication to gospel music.
Larmond continues to inspire through her role as a worship leader at Kingdom House Christian Centre in Toronto. She is also a proud mother of two sons who share her passion for music and ministry. Her discography includes Love Letters (2001) and Great Things (2011), both of which reflect her growth as an artist and her commitment to spreading messages of hope and faith through her music.
